本隐私政策说明 My Studio Pte Ltd（下称「我们」）在运营 PSLEPrep（华文口试练习服务）时，如何依据新加坡《个人资料保护法》（PDPA）收集、使用、披露及保护您的个人资料。
This Privacy Policy explains how My Studio Pte Ltd("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use PSLEPrep(Chinese oral exam practice), in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

负责您个人资料的组织为：My Studio Pte Ltd（在新加坡注册成立的私人有限公司）。PSLEPrep 为本公司提供的线上服务。
The organisation responsible for your personal data is My Studio Pte Ltd, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore. PSLEPrep is an online service operated by us.
2. 我们收集哪些资料 · Personal data we collect
视您使用方式，我们可能收集以下类型的个人资料（并非每一项都会收集）：
Depending on how you use PSLEPrep, we may collect:
- 访问与账户信息：邀请码、会话标识、登录时间、设备/浏览器大致信息（用于安全与运营）。
- Access & session data: invite codes, session identifiers, login timestamps, and general device/browser information for security and operations.
- 练习与语音内容：您朗读或会话时录制的音频；经转写后的文本；AI 生成的评分与反馈（可能包含对您发音的评语）。
- Practice & voice: audio recordings of your reading and conversation practice; transcripts produced by speech-to-text; AI-generated scores and feedback (which may include comments on pronunciation).
- 反馈与联系信息：您在应用内反馈中自愿提供的电邮、留言及页面路径。
- Feedback: optional contact email, message text and page path where you submit in-app feedback.
- 技术与成本记录：为保障服务与计费分析，我们可能记录 API 调用（如语音、文本、语音合成）的用量统计（通常与邀请码或会话关联）。
- Technical logs: usage metadata for AI APIs (e.g. speech, chat, TTS) linked to invite codes or sessions where applicable, for reliability and cost management.
3. 收集目的 · Purposes of collection
我们仅在合理且与下列目的相符的范围内收集、使用或披露个人资料：
We collect, use or disclose personal data for purposes that include:
- 提供、运营与改进 PSLEPrep（含 AI 练习、评分与反馈）。
- Providing, operating and improving PSLEPrep (including AI practice, scoring and feedback).
- 验证邀请码、管理访问与防止滥用。
- Verifying invite codes, managing access and preventing misuse.
- 分析使用与性能、故障排除及安全监控。
- Analytics, troubleshooting, reliability and security.
- 遵守法律义务、响应主管机关合法要求。
- Complying with law and lawful requests from authorities.
- 回应您的咨询或反馈。
- Responding to your enquiries or feedback.
4. 同意与撤回 · Consent and withdrawal
使用本服务即表示您理解并同意按本政策说明处理个人资料。若某项处理需另行同意，我们会在收集时说明。您可随时撤回同意（例如停止使用服务、关闭反馈中的联系信息，或按下方方式联系我们）。若撤回导致我们无法提供必要功能，我们可能无法继续提供部分或全部服务。
By using PSLEPrep, you acknowledge this Policy. Where we rely on consent for specific processing, we will explain this when we collect the data. You may withdraw consent (e.g. stop using the service, remove optional contact details from feedback, or contact us below). If withdrawal makes it impossible to provide the service, we may cease providing relevant features.
5. 披露与受托处理者 · Disclosure and processors
我们可能向以下类别的接收方披露个人资料（在实现上述目的所必需的范围内）：
We may disclose personal data to categories of recipients as needed for the purposes above:
- 云与基础设施：托管、数据库及日志服务提供商（例如 Supabase、Vercel 等，按实际使用为准）。
- Cloud & hosting: e.g. database and hosting providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, as actually used).
- 人工智能与语音：提供语音识别、对话与语音合成的服务提供商（例如 OpenAI 等），用于转写、生成反馈与语音；传输可能涉及境外处理。
- AI & speech providers: e.g. for speech-to-text, chat completions and text-to-speech (such as OpenAI). Processing may occur outside Singapore.
- 法律与合规：在法律要求或允许时向监管机构或执法部门披露。
- Legal: regulators or law enforcement where required or permitted by law.
我们会通过合同或其他合理方式，要求受托处理者采取适当的安全与保密措施。
We require processors to implement appropriate security and confidentiality measures by contract or other reasonable means.
6. 跨境传输 · Cross-border transfers
您的个人资料可能被传输至新加坡以外的服务器进行处理与存储。我们仅在符合 PDPA 要求（包括适当保障措施）的前提下进行跨境传输。
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside Singapore. We do so in accordance with the PDPA, including appropriate safeguards (e.g. contractual protections) where applicable.
7. 保留 · Retention
我们仅在实现收集目的所合理需要的期间内保留个人资料，除非法律要求或允许更长保留期。
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
8. 安全 · Security
我们采取合理的技术与组织措施，保护个人资料免受未经授权的访问、收集、使用、披露、复制、修改、处置或类似风险。任何系统均无法保证绝对安全。
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure.
9. 您的权利 · Your rights
在 PDPA 下，您有权请求访问或更正我们持有的与您相关的个人资料，或了解我们如何使用与披露您的资料。若需行使权利，请通过下方方式联系我们。若对处理结果不满意，您可向新加坡个人资料保护委员会（PDPC）投诉。
Under the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data in our possession or control, and information about how we have used or disclosed it. To exercise these rights, contact us below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore.
10. 未成年人 · Minors
PSLEPrep 面向准备 PSLE 的学生使用。若您为未成年人，请在家长或监护人同意与指导下使用本服务；家长或监护人应知悉本政策并同意代表未成年人处理其个人资料。
PSLEPrep is designed for students preparing for PSLE. If you are a minor, use the service with parental consent and supervision. Parents who provide access on behalf of a child should review this Policy.
11. 本政策的变更 · Changes
我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后的版本将在本页面发布，并注明「最后更新」日期。若变更重大，我们将依法在合理范围内提供额外通知。
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated as required by law.
