Welcome to PSLEPrep. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PSLEPrep website and application (the "Service") operated by My Studio Pte Ltd("we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. 服务说明 · The Service
PSLEPrep 提供与新加坡小学离校考试（PSLE）华文口试相关的在线练习，包括朗读与会话模式、基于人工智能的反馈与评分等功能。我们可能随时变更、暂停或终止部分或全部功能。
PSLEPrep provides online Chinese oral exam practice for students preparing for the Singapore PSLE, including reading and conversation modes and AI-assisted feedback and scoring. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. 资格与邀请码 · Eligibility and invite codes
使用本服务须凭我们提供的有效访问码或邀请码。访问码仅供您个人使用，不得转让、出售或与他人共享（法律允许或我们书面同意的除外）。您声明您提供的资料真实，且若您为未成年人，已获得家长或监护人同意使用本服务。
Access to the Service requires a valid access or invite code that we issue. Codes are for your personal use only and must not be transferred, sold or shared except as we expressly permit. You represent that information you provide is accurate and, if you are a minor, that a parent or guardian consents to your use.
3. 可接受的使用 · Acceptable use
您同意不：以违法或欺诈方式使用本服务；干扰或破坏本服务、服务器或网络；试图未经授权访问任何系统、数据或账户；上传恶意代码；或利用本服务侵犯他人权利。我们可暂停或终止违反本条款的使用。
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers or networks; attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts; upload malware; or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.
4. 人工智能与内容免责声明 · AI and content disclaimer
本服务使用人工智能生成转写、评分、反馈与语音。AI 输出可能存在错误或不完整，不构成专业教育、医疗或法律意见，也不保证与正式考试评分一致。您应自行判断并咨询学校或合格导师。您对本服务输出之依赖由您自行承担风险。
The Service uses artificial intelligence for transcription, scoring, feedback and speech. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete, are not professional education, medical or legal advice, and do not guarantee alignment with official exam marking. You are responsible for how you rely on the Service; use teachers and schools for formal guidance.
5. 知识产权 · Intellectual property
本服务中的软件、界面、文本、图像、题库及其他材料受著作权及其他知识产权法保护。除法律允许或我们书面授权外，您不得复制、修改、分发、反向工程或创建衍生作品。
The Service, including software, UI, text, images, content libraries and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or with our written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works.

7. 免责声明 · Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.
8. 责任限制 · Limitation of liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或利润、数据、商誉损失，我们概不负责。我们对您因本条款或服务所产生或与之相关的全部责任，以您在过去十二（12）个月内为使用本服务而向我们实际支付的金额（如有）为上限；若法律不允许排除或限制某些责任，则在该范围内以法律所允许的最小范围为限。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
9. 赔偿 · Indemnity
若因您违反本条款、滥用本服务或侵犯他人权利而导致第三方向我们提出索赔，您同意为我们抗辩并赔偿我们因此遭受的合理损失与费用（包括律师费），但以法律允许为限。
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service or violation of others' rights, subject to applicable law (including reasonable legal fees where permitted).
10. 暂停与终止 · Suspension and termination
我们可随时因维护、安全、法律合规或您违反本条款等原因暂停或终止您对服务的访问。终止后，依其性质应继续有效的条款（包括知识产权、免责声明、责任限制及适用法律）仍然有效。
We may suspend or terminate your access for maintenance, security, legal compliance or breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.
11. 适用法律与争议解决 · Governing law and disputes
本条款受新加坡共和国法律管辖并依其解释。因本条款或服务引起或与之相关的争议，双方应首先善意协商解决；协商不成的，您同意将争议提交新加坡法院专属管辖（除非强制性消费者保护法另有规定）。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
12. 条款变更 · Changes to these Terms
我们可能不时修订本条款。更新后的条款将在本页面发布。若您在本条款变更后继续使用服务，即视为接受修订后的条款。
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
