School, Learning & Friendship

学习生活

School topics sit in your child's comfort zone — the setting is familiar. The trap is that every student has lived a similar week, so generic answers (我喜欢学校 — I like school) all sound the same. The score comes from one moment most students wouldn't think to mention.

Why this category matters

Learning-attitude topics like 考试压力 and 课外活动 appear regularly. Friendship topics (转学生, 被欺负的同学) test values reasoning — Q3 will ask things like 同学应该怎么帮助新转学的学生 with no template answer that fits cleanly.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Saying 我喜欢学校 with no example. Pick the subject, the teacher, or the moment — be specific.
  • Claiming you never have exam stress. Examiners don't believe perfection. Admit one thing that's hard and explain how you cope.
  • Treating bullying-related Q3 as a checklist of what teachers should do. Examiners want what YOU did or saw.

For parents

Ask 「今天班上发生了什么有趣的事?」 (What interesting thing happened in class today?) instead of 「今天学了什么?」 (What did you learn today?). The first pulls a story; the second pulls a textbook page.
