Why home practice falls short

Most home practice uses a printed picture. The real exam plays a short clip (短片) and asks your child to respond — and judging whether an answer would actually score takes a teacher's ear. For an English-speaking household, that's the gap.

Is this the same format as the real PSLE Chinese oral?View
It follows the current structure: 朗读 (Reading Aloud) and 会话 (conversation) based on a short video clip (短片). Selected conversation scenarios now begin with a real video, the same video-based format the exam uses. The clips and questions are original PSLEPrep material in the exam style, not official SEAB papers.
