Questions parents ask before they subscribe
How long is the free trial?
Your trial includes 10 full practice sessions and has no time limit — practise over a weekend or spread it out over a few weeks. No credit card required to start.
Does the subscription cover both Chinese and English oral?
Yes. One plan, both subjects. Your child can practise Chinese one day and English the next — reading aloud and photo conversation for each language.
What about two children in the same family?
Each child should use their own account so their score history stays personalised. If you have two PSLE candidates, each needs a separate subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page whenever you like and you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No long-term commitment.
Is there a daily practice limit?
Up to 30 minutes of practice per day. The PSLE oral exam is about 10 minutes, so 30 minutes daily is enough for several full rehearsals without burning your child out.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards issued in Singapore.
